“Sorry, what?” Another Hypnosis-Centric Story

Being a trainer in real life can be fun, and demanding at the same time. I mean, don’t get me wrong, free gym access, work-supplied supplements, like-minded fit co-workers, and the ability to work any time you want? Hell yeah!

There are times though where it gets tedious, like working with stubborn-headed subjects, or when they simply don’t listen. Sometimes, that’s the case on some days. Like yesterday.

I was assigned to a university, you know, the huge one in the city. University of Queensland. They had gyms spread on their campuses, decent enough equipment, but training frameworks were a mess. I had to spend days trying to set up a the new scheduling software and supplement claims codes.

“This should be easy” I said to myself, staring around the main gym, which soon became my permanent workplace. 

Few days later, I came across this preppy “fuckboy” on Grindr. 

“Will try anything once.” – he mentioned on his profile.

So I decided to chat him up a bit, getting a response a few hours later and hitting it off. Then we got all deep in the conversation, and I brought hypnosis up, as it was one of the things that really turned me on.

I assess his figure, only to spot a tattoo sported by the same guy on Grindr.

“Wait, are you CuriousOne24 on Grindr?”

“…..”

“I’m CoachB on there”

“……”

“chokes – Yeah, your hypnosis thing sort of scared me, but as I said, I’m willing to try anything.”

“It’s all good. First up, load up this Spotify Playlist. It’s the standard one used by all the male trainees in the gym”

He looks at me with a puzzled look, but proceeds to save the playlist on his profile.

“Sooo, are we gonna start or what? Play the playlist”

He plays the first track, but oddly enough, it has no title, other than a dubious looking thumb emoji

The song starts playing with upbeat techno beats pumping on over ear headphones, as I ask him to run on a treadmill.

“He’s not responding to the binaurals, better quicken the process up!” I thought.

“So John, I want you to walk now on the treadmill at a pace that matches the beat”

“Sorry, what?”

“Walk, at a pace that matches the beat”

He started slowing down as I suggested to him to take deeper breathes…

Deeper breathes…

Deeeeper breathes…

I focused on his face as he started to slowly droop down, bit by bit, while also paying attention to his eyes as they were fluttering.

SLEEP!

I started the “impromptu” session with a deepener, to enhance his state of trance, and reminding him that he is curious to try anything, no longer once however, but as many times as possible.

“Now Jonathan, every time your phone rings at 4AM, you won’t know why, but you will change into your gym clothes, no matter the situation, and walk into the gym locker room, and approach me for training.”

I then saw his slowly waking up, realising he was resisting and started to wake up.

“Shit!” I panicked, seeing as this was my first time doing it forcibly.

I remembered about the ground up sleeping pills I had in my gym bag, in case I was still awake due to preworkout effects.

I reached the small metal canister and put a little bit of the flunitrazepam powder just enough to mindlessly relax him on my calloused palm, and covered his nose with it.
